Vista Hotel Group guarantees that the rates listed on our official website are the lowest available.
We guarantee that the rates listed on the official Vista Hotel website are equal to or less than the rates listed on other publicly available Internet reservation sites, provided that the hotel, dates of stay, number of guests, room type, room plan and its benefits and services are under the same conditions at the time of reservation.
Exemptions to the Lowest Price Guarantee
In order to guarantee the lowest rates, the following cases are excluded from the comparison.
- Room rates that are not available to the general public, such as corporate contract rates or group rates.
- Discounted rates (including points, coupons, etc.) that the hotel cannot be part of, such as limited-time sales and offers on other Internet sites and limited plans for members of such sites.
- Room rates that are not available for reservation on the website, such as those available only by telephone reservation.
- Package rates that include charges not related to lodging, such as use of facilities or transportation, meals, etc.
- Rates with no hotel involvement, such as those sold by travel agencies (e.g., custom travel arrangement).
